To master the art of living in the present moment is one of the biggest spiritual practices. It can be inculcated and achieved by constantly reminding oneself of the same. And slowly making it a habit. It requires genlte reminders all the time. The mind should not be allowed to fall back into it’s old state of lethargy and pulled back into a state of alertness with alacrity every time there is a chance of a relapse.
